Let’s Enhance at the Museum of the Moving Image!
A few weeks ago, I was asked by Jason Eppink at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York if he could include my Let’s Enhance supercut in their remix exhibition - Cut Up - which opens tomorrow.
This seemed like a good opportunity to revisit this video so I ENHANCED it! Using the best quality source material I could find (at least dvd quality, 1080p where possible) I have remastered the video. This is something several YouTube commenters have (maybe jokingly) requested.
I also worked a little on the sound, isolating dialogue tracks from surround audio rips. Originally the music level was turned up too high to mask any other background music. Other than this, the resolution upgrade, a change from 29.97fps to 24fps and some tv station “bug” removals, the video is the same one that somehow got over 2 million views on YouTube. Sorry, Super Troopers fans.
I’ll upload it soon. For now the only place you can see it is Astoria, NY. Maybe I’ll see you there!
More exciting news soon…
